Now in the Benelux · expanding region by region

Test your next idea
against a virtual population.

Thousands of synthetic personas, grounded in real demographic and behavioral data. Submit a product, a price, a positioning hypothesis — and get a panel of simulated reactions back in minutes, for less than the price of dinner.

What this is

Market research,
made queryable.

Until now, validating an idea before you build it has cost €10,000 and three months — or it has cost you the launch. Kesmet is the third option.

We've built a synthetic population of the Benelux: thousands of personas constructed from public demographic data, household composition, income, education, values, personality, and behavior. Each one has a profile, a psyche, and a way of responding. Together, they're a panel you can run on a Tuesday morning.

Submit your idea. See who would buy. See who wouldn't. See what they'd pay, what they'd object to, what would make them walk away. Decide with real signal — before you've shipped a line of code or printed a single flyer.

How it works

Three steps. No setup.

01
Describe what you're working on.
A product, a course, a pricing hypothesis, a positioning angle. Plain language. The clearer your question, the sharper the answer.
02
We simulate it across a panel.
Fifteen to twenty-five synthetic Benelux personas react — pulling on income, life stage, region, values, personality, and channel behavior, all grounded in authoritative public sources. Where direct data is thin, we infer, and we tell you when we do.
03
You get a sharp answer.
Adoption probability. Strongest segment. Top objections. Willingness-to-pay distribution. Walk-away thresholds. Structured for an actual decision, not a research paper.
Sample simulation

What an answer looks like.

Panel input
“Would Belgian millennials pay €19/month for a weekly meal-prep newsletter focused on healthy weeknight dinners?”
Result · illustrative
Panel
25 synthetic Belgian residents, ages 28–42
Adoption probability
14% across the panel
Strongest segment
Flemish urban, household income €45–70K, parents of children under 10 — 28% would subscribe
Top objections
Pricing perceived as steep for newsletter format (cited by 11 / 25); skepticism about novelty vs. existing free content (7 / 25)
Willingness to pay
Median €11/month. €19/month accepted by 14%. €25/month accepted by 4%.
Walk-away thresholds
Above €25/month, or if framed as diet/fitness rather than convenience
What would lift adoption
Free starter recipes (+9 pp); founder-written rather than AI-written copy (+6 pp); Flemish-language version (+4 pp in Flanders specifically)

Run on a Tuesday morning. Decided by Tuesday afternoon.

Who this is for

Built for the people
building independently.

Founders without a research budget. Creators pricing a course they haven't sold yet. Newsletter writers testing a paid tier. Coaches launching a program. Indie operators shipping into the Benelux.

If you've ever launched something and learned the hard way what your audience actually wanted — Kesmet exists to spare you that lesson once.

This is notan enterprise tool. We're not chasing the Fortune 500. We're building the layer underneath, for the people building above.

Pricing

Priced for the people
we built it for.

A solo founder with a good idea and a few euros should be able to learn what their market thinks. Every pricing decision is checked against that.

Things people ask

Quick answers.

What's a credit?
One credit = one simulation. Submit an idea, product, or question, and Kesmet runs it past a panel of synthetic Benelux personas.
Are personas based on real people?
No. They're statistical reflections built from authoritative public data — not real individuals. We're transparent about what's direct from data and what's inferred.
How accurate is this?
Cluster-level accuracy is good and improves as we add data dimensions. We surface confidence with every result; you'll always know how strong a signal we're returning. We are not a replacement for real customer conversations when stakes are existential — and we say so plainly.
Why only the Benelux?
Depth is the moat. We model one region exceptionally well rather than the world badly. Other regions arrive when each holds up to the same standard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of period. Annual plans cancel at year-end. No retention games.
